If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to provide replacements and full refunds for up to 14 days after your order has been processed. Simply mail us the product(s) in its original packaging with all of its contents, provide proof of purchase and RMA number, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
